MCCI Hardware Repair Procedures
If service is required, please contact MCCI via our Support Portal, https://portal.mcci.com, for consultation. If MCCI determines that repair is needed, MCCI will issue a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number.
If authorized via an RMA, returned products should be shipped, freight prepaid, to our Ithaca, New York office:

An RMA # is required. Products received without an RMA # may be refused by MCCI or returned at the customer’s expense.
Please include, inside the shipping box, a description of the problem, a return shipping address (must have street address, not P.O. Box), and your telephone number.
For warranty repairs, return shipping charges from MCCI to customer (FedEx economy) will be paid by MCCI. Shipment is EXW Ithaca, New York; customer is responsible for all insurance, duties and taxes.
Out-of-warranty repairs will be quoted on request via our Support Portal, https://portal.mcci.com.
Questions regarding technical matters, product configuration, verification that the product is defective, etc., should be directed to our Technical Support department. For faster service, we suggest you create a support case on our Support Portal, https://portal.mcci.com.

Repairs for damages caused by lightning storms, water, power surges, incorrect installation, physical abuse, or user-caused damages are quoted on request.
