12V 2A power supply for Raspberry Pi Compute Module IO Board and EDATEC 12V computers.
The ED-PSU1202 is a single-phase 24W, 12V 2A switching power supply designed by Kuantech and marketed by EDATEC. It supports the Raspberry Pi Compute Module IO Board and all EDATEC computers with a 12V DC input. The supply ships with one main body and four interchangeable plugs (UK, EU, AU, US), and is available with a 5.5mm/2.5mm DC barrel connector or a Phoenix terminal block in 2.5mm or 3.5mm pitch. FAQ
Is 12V/2A enough for my system?
24W total output is sufficient for most EDATEC computers, provided no high-power motors or magnetic switches are in the system. Account for the efficiency of any DC-DC converters in your design, and leave at least 20% headroom above peak load.
The power supply body says KTEC, not EDATEC — why?
The ED-PSU1202 was designed by Kuantech (KTEC). EDATEC sources, packages, and sells the product globally, and takes full ownership of technical support and after-sales service.
