The LR1262 Long-Range LoRa Wireless Transceiver Module is a compact and high-performance wireless solution based on the Semtech SX1262 LoRa chip, designed for operation in the 868 MHz and 915 MHz ISM bands.
With its ultra-small 10 × 10 mm stamp-hole package, the module is easy to integrate into embedded systems and custom PCBs. It utilizes advanced LoRa modulation technology, offering significantly improved anti-interference capability and communication range compared to traditional FSK/GFSK systems.
The LR1262 delivers up to +22 dBm transmit power, supports a wide data rate range of 0.018–62.5 Kbps, and achieves exceptional sensitivity of -148 dBm, enabling communication over long distances. It covers the 850–930 MHz global LoRa & LoRaWAN ISM band, making it suitable for worldwide deployments.
Equipped with an industrial-grade TCXO, the module ensures stable performance across extreme temperatures. With an ultra-low sleep current of just 1.62 µA, it is ideal for battery-powered IoT applications.
Note: This module requires an external MCU driver or SPI debugging tool for operation.
