The Milesight MS-N5008-NPE is an 8-channel network video recorder with a built-in 8-port PoE switch. Plug a camera into any PoE port and the NVR powers it, finds it, and starts recording, with no separate switch or power supply at each camera. It records up to 8MP, shows 4K on HDMI, and holds two 3.5" hard drives in a compact 1U case.

True Plug & Play

  • The built-in independent PoE switch powers each connected camera and carries its video to the NVR over the same cable, so there is no separate switch or camera power supply to install.

Video Input & Decoding

  • 8 IP channels, 80Mbps incoming and 50Mbps outgoing bandwidth. Records 8MP/6MP/5MP/4MP/3MP/1080P/720P and lower, and plays back up to 3 channels of 4MP or 6 channels of 1080P at 30fps at the same time.

Reliable Recording

  • ANR (Automatic Network Replenishment) stores video on the camera's SD card while the network is down, then copies it to the NVR once the link returns, so footage has no gaps.
