The Milesight WT303 and WT304 are advanced LoRaWAN® Smart Fan Coil Thermostats designed for efficient, flexible, and intelligent climate control of commercial and residential spaces. These thermostats support both 2-pipe and 4-pipe fan coil units (FCUs) and are engineered to optimize comfort, energy use, and remote management in HVAC systems. The WT303 is suited for switch-type electric valves, while the WT304 supports both 0-10V proportional valves and 3-speed EC/AC fans, offering broad compatibility for diverse climate scenarios. A minimalist, eco-friendly design, 2.7-inch E-Ink display, built-in and external sensing capabilities, local scheduling, and comprehensive connectivity make them ideal for new builds and smart building retrofits.
