The ED-Pi5Case-O is a premium open-frame aluminium CNC enclosure designed specifically for the Raspberry Pi 5, combining elegant aesthetics with effective passive cooling in a completely fanless design. Precision-machined from high-quality aluminium with an oxidized surface finish, the top and bottom covers provide passive cooling through thermal pads and the aluminium body, keeping the CPU, PMU, and wireless module cool -- reducing CPU temperature by up to 15°C. The open frame design also maintains strong Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity. All Raspberry Pi 5 ports and interfaces remain fully accessible. Installation Notes

Remove the white protective paper from the thermal silicone on both the top and bottom covers before installing the Raspberry Pi 5.
Check that the tops of all 4 nylon posts in the top cover are level. If any post is higher than the others, press it into the mounting hole until level.
Align the Raspberry Pi 5 with the reserved holes on the bottom cover and place it in position.
Place the top cover down over the Raspberry Pi 5 and insert 4 M2.5×11 screws. Use the included 1.5mm allen key to tighten the screws and secure the assembly.
Raspberry Pi 5 is not included.
