  • Fixing or replacing any devices not working correctly (pay only for shipping)
  • Prioritized service — no need to track hours
  • Base Coverage includes up to 8 devices
  • Additional devices can be added as needed
  • Includes support for your LoRaWAN gateway if purchased from MCCI

Ordering Instructions:

  • All new orders must include Base Coverage
  • Coverage for up to 8 devices included with Base Coverage
  • For Additional Devices, enter the total number of devices you want to cover beyond the 8-devices included in your Base Coverage. So if you have 10 devices, add base coverage to your cart, and then select Additional Devices and Quantity 2 and add to cart
  • Coverage and support are typically purchased at the time the device is purchased.

Monthly Payment Notice:

  • Choosing the monthly payment option commits you to 12 months of coverage.
  • Payments are automatically charged to your credit card each month.

  • The Pallidus Cloud Service provides dashboard access only and does not include support.
  • To receive technical support, you must have an active Coverage & Support plan.
