Pallidus Coverage & Support

Ongoing coverage and support includes:

• Unlimited support and guidance for you and your team
• Ongoing software updates
• Debugging of software or firmware issues, even when they are not issues with our code
• Troubleshooting configuration and downtime with the Pallidus Cloud Service
• Fixing or replacing any devices not working correctly (return shipping included)
• Prioritized service — no need to track hours
• Covers up to 8 devices in the base price; additional devices can be added below

Service Terms & Pricing:

• Monthly Payments: $80 / month (up to 8 devices) + $10 / month per extra device
• Annual Prepaid Subscription: $800 / year (up to 8 devices) + $100 / year per extra device (save ~17% compared to monthly)
• 5-Year Prepaid: $3,200 (up to 8 devices) + $400 per extra device (save 20% compared to annual payments)

Ordering Instructions:

• Enter the total number of devices you want to cover.
• Coverage and support are typically purchased at the time the device is purchased.
• If you are purchasing coverage for devices you already own, select "Existing Devices" and we will email you a registration form to submit your device serial numbers.
• Pricing will automatically adjust for devices beyond 8.

Monthly Payment Notice:

• Choosing the monthly payment option commits you to 12 months of coverage.
• Payments are automatically charged to your credit card each month.
• You have 90 days from the time we ship your devices to set up recurring payments, or coverage will be forfeited.

• The Pallidus Cloud Service provides dashboard access only and does not include support.
• To receive technical support, you must have an active Coverage & Support plan.
