Ongoing coverage and support includes:

• Unlimited support and guidance for you and your team
  
• Ongoing software updates
• Debugging of software or firmware issues, even when they are not issues with our code
• Troubleshooting configuration and downtime with the Pallidus Cloud Service
• Fixing or replacing any devices not working correctly, return shipping included
• Prioritized service and no need to track hours
  
• Up to 8 Devices included in base price

We offer three service terms:

Monthly Payments - Annual subscription divided into 12 equal monthly payments automatically charged to your credit card each month

Prepaid Annual Subscription - prepay and save 17%

5-Years Prepaid - Simplify your budgeting with a 28% discount and no further costs unless you add additional devices. 

Ordering Instructions:

Enter the total quantity of devices you will be using. Coverage and support are typically purchased at the time the device is purchased. If you are purchasing coverage that includes devices you already own, select "Existing Devices" and we will email you with a registration form.

Monthly Payment Notice:

If you choose the monthly payment option, you are committing to one year, with payments spread out across the next 12 months. You will receive an email with instructions on setting up automatic payments for the next 11 payments. You have 90 days from the time we ship your devices to set up recurring payments, or coverage will be forfeited.
